We are recruiting a people- and business oriented HR force to the Swedish management team. Our future HR Director will play an important role in representing, leading and executing the people strategy while ensuring alignment with the organisations overall goals and values.  Reporting to the Managing Director of Sweden and Norway, Siv Hjellegjerde Martinsen, you will serve as member of the Swedish Management Team and hold joint responsibility for the development and success of the business in the Swedish market.

We are looking for a forward-thinking and highly engaged HR Director to play a key role in designing, leading and executing the people strategy. This is a truly exciting and challenging role for an innovative and business-oriented HR professional with strong track record and demonstrated experience from international and rapidly changing environments.

To succeed in this role we believe that these core experiences and capabilities are key:

Development & implementation of HR strategy - strategy and processes around core HR themes, refining and implementing Group strategies locally, including talent & workforce planning, performance development and EVP & recruitment strategy.

Leadership and cultural development - creating leadership development frameworks – from idea and principles to hands-on implementation. Change management in general and driving cultural change in particular.

Hands-on operational HR skills - Coaching to leaders at senior level and Union relationship management and negotiations. Development of an efficient HR administration, including digital solutions for HR and management of external suppliers (i.e Payroll).

Personal leadership qualities - Building a committed and resilient HR team through delegation. Contribute to the senior leadership team and drive the link between strategy, business and HR.
